“There is about a 7 run difference at Wrigley Field totals,” he points out. “If you have a 20 per hour Northeast win and it is blowing straight in, I take two runs off the total I make before weather and if we have a wind straight out to center 20 to 25 mph, Southwest, I can add up to 5 runs depending on whether I have a fly ball pitcher in the game.”
