Opinion Alert: UNC vs. Clemson

We are monitoring the North Carolina vs. Clemson game closely to determine any opinion the books might have.

Despite 75% of the action coming in on North Carolina at -4.5 playing in Clemson, we were seeing some books tease with a line of -3.5 heading into the Noon Eastern Time hour.   The general overnight trend was -3.5 to -4.5.

Clemson won back in January of last year, but prior to this it was all North Carolina.

Sagarin has the Tar Heels rated at 4th while Clemson they have rated at 31st.

They also suggest a line of North Carolina -6.  Therefore, as of 12:15 pm EST, Gambling911.com was giving the Tigers a 55% chance of covering this spread(we inadvertantly had UNC with the 55% chance previously and this was brought to our attention by a reader).

A more aggressive line move to -3.5 or even hanging around -4 will likely prompt us to offer a pick on CLEMSON, but that hasn't occurred as of yet.  Please monitor our PICKS PAGE in the meantime to see if we do.
