The Indians are available at -154 while the Blue Jays can be gotten for +147 at some books.

The Indians have won the last three and are looking to sweep this series.  They have won four of the last five meetings.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Blue Jays RH Marcus Stroman (0-1, 1.42 ERA) vs. Indians RH Mike Clevinger (0-0, 0.00)

Stroman is off to a strong start after an injury-shortened 2018 season, throwing seven scoreless innings in his debut versus Detroit before limiting Baltimore to two runs over 5 2/3 innings in a 2-1 loss Tuesday. The 27-year-old Duke product has struck out 12 in his first two outings, but allowed nine hits against the Orioles. Tyler Naquin is 4-for-9 with an RBI versus Stroman, who gave up four runs across five innings in a no-decision against Cleveland last season.

Clevinger could not have been much more dominant in his first start of 2019, but he was unable to garner the victory despite permitting one hit over seven scoreless innings with 12 strikeouts. The 28-year-old Florida native set career highs with 13 wins, 207 strikeouts and 200 innings last season and boasts a 3.30 career ERA. Justin Smoak is 2-for-4 with a homer against Clevinger, who was pounded for seven runs over 10 innings in two starts versus Toronto last year.
