After back to back weeks in the South, the PGA Tour heads a little up the coast to the Northeast, for the Travelers Championship. Daniel Berger won two weeks ago, and Webb Simpson took away the title last week. This should be a fun event, and will be interesting to see who comes away with the title. We have some Daily Fantasy Sports plays for you to take a look at. We are using the Apex Golf betting pricing to formulate what we feel is a great team for you to play and win some money.

Justin Thomas $10,800
Justin Thomas was fantastic on the final day last week, getting all the way up to T1, before running out of steam, and ultimately holes. Thomas has made the cut 9 out of 11 times this season, and finished inside the Top 10  - 8 of those times. This guy always seems to be around the top of the leaderboard, no matter how slow of a start he may get. This seems to be the guy we like at the top of our DFS teams for this week.

Brooks Koepka $10,000
THe price seems to be quite a bit higher on Koepka, but he seems to be rounding into form. You know what happens when this guy gets going. He can really catch fire. He will be lower owned than many other weeks, as Koepka has just been inside the Top 10 once this season. He fired a six under 65 on the final day to finish in 7th place at the event. Koepka makes a nice second piece to any lineup.

Bubba Watson $8,800
This is a guy that is going underlooked these days. Watson has finished in the Top 10 three times already this season, and made 9 out of 12 cuts. Watson has loved this course, and this event winning it three times. There is a great chance Watson is among the leaders when Sunday rolls around this weekend. Look for him to use all facets of his game to give you great rewards for the price tag.

Kevin Streelman $7,100
When you are ready to save some money, look down at Steelman. While the results have not been great for him, this is an excellent choice. Streelman has the driving ability to get the ball where he needs it, and on this course, that’s half the battle. If you want to play some of the big dogs at the top of the price range, you are going to have to find diamonds in the rough. Look at Streelman at $7,100.

Phil Mickelson $6,900
Another guy that has been there and done that. The problem is - Phil has not been great anywhere since the beginning of February. Back to back third place finishes really brought his stock up then. Since then, he has failed to make the cut in three straight tournaments. This looks to be a great bounce back spot, and when you can get someone with this much knowledge and ability at this price - you go for it. Take him.

Jhonattan Vegas $6,700
This feels like an all or nothing choice, but why not? I mean, you are taking a risk playing, and playing some of the other guys in your lineup, but at $6,700 - give him a shot. VEGAS, BABY! He finished 17th last week, and has finished in the Top 30 in three out of his last four events. This guy is rounding into shape a little. A top 10 finish at a low price will springboard you in DFS standings!

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

Iowa State: Are They The Underdogs To Look For In March Madness?

They may be defined as “underdogs” or “Cinderella teams”, a term that is usually saved for teams that have little to no chance of winning even a single game during the NCAA Tournament. Teams like Loyola Marymount (1990), George Mason (2006), Davidson (2008), VCU (2011), UConn (2014), and Loyola Chicago (2018) come to mind when conversations turn toward the most surprising tournament runs in recent memory.
