Orlando City scored one goal in its two regular season games before play was stopped. Their top player is Euro 2016 winner Nani.  This team is widely seen to be in rebuilding mode.  The one advantage they may have is home field (albeit in a different locale than where they normally play).  There will not be any spectators.

“I’m very excited. Just waiting to see how it’s going to be,” Nani, now in his second season in MLS, told Sports Illustrated. “I think everyone is waiting to see how all the other teams will perform after all these months in quarantine, and to adjust–the teams, the players–I think that’s something everyone is waiting to see.”

Inter Miami has a solid player in Rodolfo Pizarro.  The Mexican midfielder was the club's big signing in the offseason.

ESPN notes in regard to Orlando:

The attack, at least on paper, looks to be in capable hands, with Nani and Mauricio Pereyra feeding Dom Dwyer. Yes, the team's offense struggled before the shutdown, but both Nani and Dwyer were inactive during that time. Chris Mueller is an attacking wild card who can do damage out wide. Has he gained enough of manager Oscar Pareja's trust to start him consistently?

They write in regard to Inter Miami:

Miami has looked pretty stout defensively, with new center-back Nicolas Figal impressing. And in Rodolfo Pizarro, IMCF have an attacker capable of winning games by himself. It's also a team with a fair bit of MLS experience in goalkeeper Luis Robles and midfielder Wil Trapp, among others. (New signing Leandro Gonzalez-Pirez isn't eligible to play.)
