The NBA Playoffs rolls along starting this weekend with most second round matchups already set. Three teams out West have yet to close out their first round rivals.

Golden State must beat the L.A. Clippers on Wednesday, April 24, Houston must take down the Utah Jazz also on Wednesday, April 24 while the Nuggets must beat the Spurs on Thursday.

All three teams, Houston, Golden State, and Denver, have won three games, meaning they’re likely to march on and into the second round.

For online bookie agents, that’s great news because all three teams are popular and should attract wagering action.

NBA Playoffs Round 2 Predictions

Now that we’ve gone through the odds, it’s time to dive into each individual matchups and how online bookie agents can use their premium PPH tools to increase profits with the 2019 NBA Championship betting action.

Milwaukee Bucks vs Boston Celtics

The Bucks will be favored over the Boston Celtics. Although Milwaukee has a shot to sweep Boston, Celtics head coach Brad Stevens is a master motivator. The Bucks will look great in Game 1 and Game 2, but Stevens will get his fellas to play well enough to take at least two games.

The second choice on the board to win the NBA Championship will come out ahead. It will just take them slightly longer than they might think.

Prediction:  Bucks in 6

Philadelphia 76ers vs Toronto Raptors

Toronto really turned it on against the Orlando Magic after suffering that inexplicable Game 1 loss. The Raptors are loaded with talent, which is why most pay per head agents have lowered their championship odds from +1000 to around +800.

Philadelphia might not know what hit them after Game 1. The 76ers have as much talent as Toronto and even though they’ll lose the series, just like Celtics-Bucks, they’ll make the favored squad work for it.

Prediction: Raptors in 6

NBA Playoffs Round 2 Almost Matchups

Golden State Warriors vs Houston Rockets

Online bookie agents must love the -200 odds on the Golden State Warriors.

This Houston Rockets squad is much different than the one the Warriors beat last season on their way to another NBA Title.

This Houston teams plays defense. Opponents average 109.1 points per. That ranks tenth in the NBA. Since the Rockets just started playing defense after the midseason point, it’s amazing how they’ve come together on the defensive end. Golden State could be in a world of hurt in this series because DeMarcus Cousins is out.

Houston can win this. Pay per head agents should most definitely consider lowering the odds on the Rockets to win the title from +600 to +500, or even at the same odds as the Bucks, +450.

Prediction: Rockets in 6

Portland Trail Blazers vs Denver Nuggets

Even without Jusuf Nurkic, the Portland Trail Blazers managed to dominate the Oklahoma City Thunder in 5 games.

Nurkic’s absence didn’t hurt the Blazers against the Thunder, but it could definitely hurt the Blazers against the Nuggets.

Nikola Jokic might be the best player in the NBA. He’s a 7’0” center that averages 20 points, close to 11 rebounds, and over 7 assists per game.

After losing 2 of 3 to San Antonio, the Nuggets have gotten really good, beating the Spurs 117-103 in Game 4 and 108-90 in Game 5.

Pay per head agents most definitely must set max betting limits on the Denver Nuggets to win the NBA Championship. They’re that good and have finally hit their stride.

Prediction: Nuggets in 5
