Tigers vs. Yankees

Trend Edge: OVER

The OVER is 8-2 in the last ten meetings between these two teams.  Three of the last four have gone OVER 12.  Those games were played in New York.  Five of the other six featured double digit runs scored with the other game featuring a total of 8.

The OVER is 11-3 in the Yankees last 14 overall.

Monday's total has shifted between 8.5 and 9. with starters:  Tigers RH Tyson Ross (2018: 8-9, 4.15 ERA) vs. Yankees RH Domingo German (2018: 2-6, 5.57).

Orioles vs. Blue Jays

Trend Edge: Blue Jays

The home team is 8-2 in this series but those two away games were won by the Blue Jays.

Baltimore has won just four games out of the last 16 head to heads.

Monday's PITCHING MATCHUP: Orioles RH David Hess (0-0, 0.00 ERA) vs. Blue Jays RH Sean Reid-Foley (2018: 2-4, 5.13)

The Blue Jays are a -171 favorite here.

New York has won six of the last eight games in this series.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Mets LH Steven Matz (2018: 5-11, 3.97 ERA) vs. Marlins LH Caleb Smith (2018: 5-6, 4.19)

The Mets are 5-0 in Matzs last 5 starts vs. Marlins.

The line on Monday's game has moved from around -150 to -130 across the board.  Action was balanced on both sides.

Cubs vs. Braves

Trend Edge: Cubs

Cubs are 7-1 in the last 8 meetings in Atlanta.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Cubs RH Kyle Hendricks (2018: 14-11, 3.44 ERA) vs. Braves LH Sean Newcomb (2018: 12-9, 3.90)

Giants vs. Dodgers

Trend: UNDER

The last six in LA have stayed UNDER the current number of 7.5.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Giants LH Drew Pomeranz (2018: 2-6, 6.08 ERA) vs. Dodgers LH Julio Urias (2018: 0-0, 0.00)

Pomeranz is hoping to bounce back following a disappointing season with Boston in which he battled control issues over 26 games (11 starts).

Urias missed most of last season while recovering from shoulder surgery but earned a rotation spot after posting a 1.72 ERA in six games (five starts) this spring.  We should note that LA is a -220 favorite here.

The total is drifting down from 8 to 7.5 across the board and even 8 to 7.5 some books.  65% of the total action is on the OVER.

We will grab this one at 7.5 and take the UNDER
