Boston Celtics vs. Toronto Raptors Game 2 Betting: Balanced Action

The action was balanced and the line steady for Game 2 of the NBA Eastern Semifinals matchup between the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors.  Most books were holding at Toronto -1.5 throughout the morning.

The Celtics, who have won six of the last eight games against the Raptors, dismantled that team Sunday 112-94.

Jayson Tatum and Marcus Smart each scored 21 points, Kemba Walker added 18 points and 10 assists in that game.

"You got a team like Toronto, the defending champs, a really, really good team and they know what it takes ... you have to be locked in even more," Smart said. "And that's just (what) we try to come out and do."

The Celtics will enter this game 20-8 Against The Spread in their last 28 games as an underdog, but the Raptors are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points.

Boston now has shorter odds of winning the NBA Championship (7/1) than the Raptors (11/1).
