The 2018 NCAA College Football season has started off better than ever before. Now is an exciting time to be a sports gambler. Find a great online sports betting site, get the money in and start winning this weekend. As sports gamblers, we live for this time of the year. We know that football is our bread and butter, we can’t live without it and we won’t live without it.

Taka a glance at some of this week’s Top 25:

#2 Clemson vs. Georgia Southern

The Clemson Tigers tend to be late bloomers, although they rarely lose games, they quite often do not cover big spreads early on. This matchup against Georgia Southern just may be the first breakout game of the year for Dabo’s squad. The Georgia Southern Eagles, sit on a 2-0 record coming into week three, however, this means very little considering their strength of schedule. Game one was against South Carolina State- 37-6 and their second win of the season came against UMA SS- 34-13. This one is difficult to evaluate from a defensive standpoint, who is UMA SS, and even more, who ho is SC State? A couple of no name football programs. With all due respect to these fine institutions of higher learning; they are not known for their football teams!

What is Easier to Bet & Win, NFL or NCAA?

As mentioned, Clemson tends to be a slow starter and last week was certainly no exception as they escaped Texas A & M with a 28-26 road victory. In Death Valley, Furman was a tune-up game for Kelly Bryant and receiving star, Tee Higgins as they put the wood to much less of an opponent.

This week will be put up or shut up at home when it comes to covering the spread and -33 is not too many points against a Georgia Southern team that lacks the talent of a #2 in the land. One positive note for the Eagles would be that sophomore quarterback Shai Wertz grew up close to Clemson and knows the atmosphere. This factor certainly helps, but it won’t come close to being enough.

"I know it's going to be loud," said Georgia Southern’s sophomore quarterback, who is from Newberry, S.C. "I grew up going to games at Clemson, so I know what it's going to be like on third down

Clemson’s defense was touched up last week but expect a very different look this week and at home; ha! Southern will be out of this one early. This game is certainly worth a look. Shop around and get the best number possible. The offshore sportsbook have the stable numbers in this game so get it on and make a worthy $50 bet; make it profit for you this week.

Other Games:

# 5 Oklahoma: Have no fear with this team. They may have lost the Heisman winner in Baker Mayfield, but the team has not lost a step.

#11 Penn State: This team is tuned up and they dropped a 51 spot on Pitt last week. They were 7.5 point favorites going in! The Nittany Lions are a Championship contender and they will bury Kent State in Happy Valley.

#21 Miami: Last week, they slaughtered Savannah State with a 77-0 smack on the forehead! Look for more of the same on the road in Toledo.

#17 Boise State: The Broncos are once again under ranked. This version of the Broncos may be even better than the 2007 team that won the Fiesta Bowl against Oklahoma. With a total of 64, this smells like over all day long. This game will be a barnburner from start to finish.

#1 Alabama: Alabama is still a fantastic football team and this year, they will be ready for Ole Miss. Nick Saban hates close games and he hates even the hint of embarrassment; he will not be embarrassed this week.
