U.S. President Donald Trump will be presenting his first State of the Union address Tuesday night. And while viewers will have a totallly different reaction to tonight's address likely based on which party they most identify with, for gamblers it's all about whether Trump mentions "North Korea" before "Russia", the OVER/UNDER number of times the President says "Jobs", and the color of Melania's dress.
