When it comes to online poker tournament series, Full Tilt has its FTOPS and PokerStars has the WCOOP. Those two events bring out the best of the best of both professional and amateur players alike. However, Bodog is making the case for having the 3rd best series out there as it has just released the scheduled for the Bodog Poker Open IV.

It is scheduled to take place over a one-week period beginning on November 1st and ending on November 8th and will feature Pot Limit Omaha, Limit Hold'em and No Limit Hold'em tournaments. What's even more interesting is that the series will be split into 2 parts, basically for players with large and smaller bankrolls. This means that there truly will be something for everyone.

The larger buy in tournaments, dubbed the Bodog Championship Series, will have seven main tournaments that will range in cost from a $50 rebuy to the $500 Championship Main Event. The second and less costly group, called the Bodog Contender Series, will eight tournaments that cost 10% of the buy-ins of the main schedule.

If that's not all, all of the tournaments will have added money to the prize pools, making for a built in overlay for each event. Also, every player who wins one of the preliminary tournaments on the Championship Schedule is also automatically entered into the main event. Winning players will also get some publicity as the winners of the Championship and Contenders series' will be featured in CardPlayer Magazine and Bodog's online outlets, including the "Bodog Beat."
