Are Pay Per Head Services Legal?

But in the whole scheme of things, is there really any difference between what "Bubba the Bookie" is doing versus what a Jason Robbins, CEO of DraftKings, is doing? Ask yourselves that question and be honest.

In the past, when you've read about bookies being busted, a lot of times there are other underlying charges such as tax evasion, money laundering, even ties to illegal drug sales.
