US Marshalls to Transport Daniel Tzvetkoff

As first reported by Gambling911.com Wednesday morning, online gambling payment processor Daniel Tzvetkoff will remain in jail after a New York District Court overturned a Las Vegas Magistrate judge's decision to allow the Australian native out on bail.

Judge Lewis A Kaplan sided with prosecutors and reversed the decision, declaring Tzvetkoff a "serious flight risk".

Tzvetkoff is facing up to 75 years behind bars for alleged money laundering related to his online gambling processing business. He is likely to spend the next two years behind bars while awaiting trial even if ultimately Tzvetkoff is found to be not guilty.

He is also accused of withholding millions of dollars in funds from online poker rooms.

US Marshalls were to transport Tzvetkoff from a jail in Las Vegas to a prison cell in New York.
