Daniel Tzvetkoff Not Free Yet: Bail Denied After All

(Breaking News) Disgraced online poker payment processor Daniel Tzvetkoff has been denied bail in New York. The Honorable Judge Lewis Kaplan has reversed a Magistrate judge's decision to allow Tzvetkoff out on bail, Gambling911.com has learned. Judge Kaplan rendered his decision just before noon on Wednesday.

Tzvetkoff is facing up to 75 years behind bars for alleged money laundering related to his online gambling processing business.

His father originally put up his $1.1 million home as surety to get Tzvetkoff out on bail related to the money laundering charges last week. The Australian Internet tycoon had his passport confiscated and must appear in New York for trial at a yet-to-be-determined date.
