Texas Bowl betting odds featured Arkansas vs. Texas and a spread of Longhorns +7.  BetPhoenix.ag was offering a limited time only no deposit signup $100 bonus here.

Arkansas as the -7 favorite was seeing 73% of the betting action for this Texas Bowl game despite both teams having identical records of 6-6 on the season.  The Razorbacks Against The Spread record was 9-3, Texas was 7-5.

This is about as compelling a matchup as bowl organizers could have hoped for between two 6-6 teams, ESPN.com noted.

There is a huge bright spot on the Texas side even with the .500 record.  Senior WR John Harris is enjoying one of the best seasons for a wide receiver in the Big 12 this year. There was nothing in his first three seasons at Texas that suggested this year's outburst was coming, ESPN.com points out.

The Longhorns are 14-2 ATS in their last 16 games following a double-digit loss at home.
