England Favorite to Host 2018 FIFA World Cup

At just better than even odds, the folks from Gambling911.com premier online gambling firm betED.com have made England the favorite to host the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

The competition, however, is growing stronger with Spain and Portugal listed at 3/1 or +300 and Russia now at +200 odds.

This week, the head of a FIFA delegation says the Netherlands and Belgium made a good impression in presenting their joint bid to host the 2018 World Cup.

Harold Mayne-Nicholls says "everything seems to be very well prepared to receive the teams and the trophy in eight years."

A decision will be made on December 2.
