The Walmart of online gambling, BetUS.com, has released its odds on Iron Man 2 opening weekend box office performance.  (find odds here)

Iron Man 2 is a 2010 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name from Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures. It is the sequel to 2008's Iron Man, and the second film in a planned trilogy.  Directed by Jon Favreau, the film stars Robert Downey Jr., reprising his role as Tony Stark.

The film is due to be released in the rest of the United States on May 7, 2010.

Iron Man 2 launched internationally with number-one openings on Wednesday, April 28, 2010, in six European markets for a total $2.2 million from 960 venues.  It earned $100.2 million its first five days from 6,764 theaters in 53 foreign markets for a strong average of $14,814 per site.

In its opening weekend, the first Iron Man film grossed $98,618,668 in 4,105 theaters in the United States and Canada, ranking number one at the box office, giving it the 11th-biggest opening weekend.
