The 2012 Academy Awards Best Picture odds have been released by Sportsbook.com (expected these odds to update regularly leading up to the show).  You can find these the latest Academy Awards odds and bet on them here - See Under Exotics

While Hugo received the most nominations, it was a long shot to win “Best Picture” at 12/1.

The favorite was “The Artist”, which would pay $2 for every $7 bet (original bet will be paid back if this is a winner), though we anticipate this price to change dramatically over the coming weeks.

“The Descendants” would pay out $4 for every $1 bet with a win.

Academy Awards odds are usually based on the Golden Globe winners.  Many of the categories typically feature big favorites that tend to win more than 85 percent of the time, but the price is often steep and most online gambling websites limit the amount that can be wagered on events such as the Oscars.

The Academy Awards is considered a major online betting event that attracts some of the highest traffic for Gambling911.com in any given year.
