Jackson Arnold (AUB) was listed with an Over/Under of 235.5 passing yards for this game against Baylor on Friday evening.

Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze said Arnold has been progressing well every practice and that he's excited to see the quarterback go out and compete this season, Justin Hokanson of On3.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Arnold transferred into Auburn back in December after two seasons with Oklahoma and is now ready to lead the helm for the Tigers this season. Freeze also said the 6-foot-1 quarterback's decision-making in a recent mock game was "really good." Arnold threw for 1,421 yards (154-of-246), 12 touchdowns and three interceptions with 444 rushing yards and three touchdowns in the 2024-25 campaign. His athletic ability as a dual threat could be a huge asset for Auburn this year, which starts against Baylor this Friday.
At SEC Media Days (July 16, 2025), he discussed why Auburn felt right: “I think with the depth that we have and the coaches we have, the offensive scheme that fits me so well. I thought it was a perfect fit for me.”
Emphasizing the offensive style and environment: “That’s something that I’ve been doing a lot since high school… Coach Freeze isn’t scared to push the ball down the field, which I absolutely love.”
