Guardians @ Twins
One of the teams in our rankings is the Cleveland Guardians and they are playing a Twins team that has come completely unraveled of late, winners of just three of their last nine. The Guardians are 8-2 in this series over the last ten.
Pablo Lopez of the Twins has been destroyed by this Cleveland roster (.351 in 74 at bats).
Andres Gimenez is 6-for-14, Steven Kwan is 7-for-14 and Jose Ramirez is 5-for-16 with three RBIs against him.
López allowed four runs -- zero earned -- with ten strikeouts across seven innings in a win over the Angels on Tuesday. He's had wins over his last four starts and may be due for a setback here.
Minnesota Twins career statistics vs. Matthew Boyd are .239 and, as noted, have struggled of late.
Boyd allowed four runs — one earned — in 4 1/3 innings Wednesday in a no-decision against the White Sox.
