US President Donald Trump's quest to purchase Greenland continues to make headlines. BetOnline Tuesday posted odds of 25-1 on Trump purchasing the semi-autonomous Danish territory.

Trump cancelled a trip to Denmark scheduled in two weeks after that nation's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen announced publicly she would not be discussing any sale of Greenland.
"Greenland is not Danish. Greenland is Greenlandic. I persistently hope that this is not something that is seriously meant," Frederiksen told reporters Sunday during a trip to meet Kim Kielsen, the premier of Greenland.

On Sunday, Trump confirmed his interest in buying the country, telling reporters that Greenland is hurting Denmark.
"We are good allies with Denmark. We protect Denmark like we protect large portions of the world, and the concept came up," the President said in New Jersey before heading back to Washington. "Strategically it's interesting, and we would be interested, but we will talk with them a little bit."
