Oddsmakers at BetOnline have the Alabama Crimson Tide winning OVER 10.5 regular season games priced at -265.  In other words, Alabama is pegged to have no more than one loss during the 2022 regular season, even with a tough schedule. The Under certainly has value paying $20 for every $10 bet. They are favorites to win the College Football Playoff Championship at 2-1 odds.

What to Know Before You Bet Alabama Futures

  • Nick Saban believes he has one of the best teams yet: "This team's been really good," he says. "This team doesn't have any complainers; guys just do what they're coached to do. They work hard. We don't have a lot of negative guys on this team, and we have some real positive leadership, which I think is always important. And hopefully we can build on that, and that will be something that's an asset to this team."
  • Only once since 2014 has Alabama not made the Playoffs.
  • Alabama returns two of the top players in college football with quarterback Bryce Young and linebacker Will Anderson Jr.
  • The Tide are expected to be favored in every game this season even versus stiff competition.
  • A much improved Texas A&M will face the Tide in Alabama, but that comes after a game versus Arkansas and right before a trip to play a revamped Vols team in Tennessee.
  • The second road trip versus Arkansas might not be a cakewalk as the Hogs were tough against the Tide last season in a 42-35 loss.  And they could catch Bama looking ahead to the Aggies the following week.
  • In the last eight seasons, Alabama has only lost two games twice, and that was the most they lost.
  • Since 2016, Alabama has had only one season where they covered two or more games above the .500 mark.
