You can't bet on the highly anticipated hush money trial involving former US president and presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump at FanDuel but one of its employees is part of the prospective juror pool, we are learning.

Lisa Rubin of MSNBC tweeted out:

"NEW: We’re done with day 1 of Trump’s first criminal trial, and while we’ve got a ways to go, the prospective jurors include a “bookseller,” an oncology nurse, an assistant Bronx County DA, and a woman from Fanduel, the sports betting site."

This represents the first criminal trial of any US President and the first of Trump’s four indictments to go to trial.

There Will Be Betting on This Trial, Just Not at FanDuel

Well ahead of the actual trial, BetOnline does have betting odds on the Hush Money trial involving Trump and former adult film star Stormy Daniels.

These include the following:

  • Number of guilty counts: Under 5 pays $15 for every $10 bet, Between 5 to 24 pays $17.50 for every $10 bet.
  • Trump convicted and serves jail time before end of 2025: Yes pays $100 on a $10 bet (any indictment matter).
  • Trump convicted and serves jail time before end of 2026: Yes pays $30 on a $10 bet (any indictment matter).
