These officers will need to report to police once a month, not attempt to leave the country and keep permanent place of residence.

They are also prohibited from keeping any form of contact and communication with others who are involved in the trial.

Creighton of Bridgeport, West Virginia, disappeared on September 24.  The kidnappers extorted around a $1 million from the man's wife.

Around a dozen individuals were arrested two weeks ago, including the two transit officers, who are said to have aided in the abduction.   Any extended role is not immediately known.

The alleged ring leader, his mother and his girlfriend were arrested in Spain.

Investigators are yet to uncover where Creighton might be.
