As far as the overall draft goes, last year the SEC led all conferences with the most draft picks, producing 65 draft picks. This was the 16th straight draft that the SEC has produced the most picks.

SEC quarterbacks are fully in the mix this year with Alabama’s Bryce Young, Florida’s Anthony Richardson, Georgia’s Stetson Bennett, Kentucky’s Will Levis and Tennessee’s Hendon Hooker. The most SEC QBs selected in a single draft is five in 1971, including Ole Miss’ Archie Manning.
