Rory McIlroy Win at 2012 PGA Championship Pays Out 25 to 1 Odds

Rory McIlroy winning the 2012 PGA Championship Sunday evening paid out $2500 for every $100 bet.

The Irishman was among the top 5 favorites though only Tiger Woods entered the tournament with single digit odds.  The odds-on favorite finished 11th Sunday.

It is McIlroy’s second Major title.

The win was a decisive one with McIlroy having enjoyed a dominating lead throughout the day.

He entered the final round with a three shot lead at seven-under and finished the tourney at 13-under-par.
