A couple of major UFC bouts were announced yesterday, and below you'll find the early odds for each.
At SportsBetting.ag, Nate Diaz is listed as a +285 underdog to Leon Edwards (-350) for their expected UFC 262 fight.
Diaz, with 20 wins out of 32, 5 of those knockouts, has not appeared in the octagon since UFC 244. Should Diaz upset Edwards, the payout would be nearly $300 for every $100 bet.
Edwards is 22-3 in his MMA career. He last suffered a loss to the current welterweight champion Kamaru Usman back in 2015.
ESPN reports that the fight will serve as a five-round co-main event with Charles Oliveira vs. Michael Chandler as the headliner.
After Darren Till was scratched from his fight with Marvin Vettori, Kevin Holland stepped in for the UFC on ABC 2 match. Vettori is listed as a 1/3 favorite over the replacement.
