Cleveland Cavaliers at Philadelphia 76ers
Wednesday, 8:05 pm Eastern - ESPN

SBG Global Opening Line: Cavaliers  -  6.5  ,  Total  186.5

The Cleveland Cavaliers take their dominance on the road on Wednesday as they visit Elton Brand and the Philadelphia 76ers.  Brand has missed the last two games for the 76ers but is expected to play on Wednesday. "If you did a survey, unless you're a rookie or don't play a lot of minutes, everybody has something," Brand said. "This is one of those 'somethings.' I know the body." Philadelphia has been struggling all the way around of late, shooting just 43.4 percent from the field and 32.2 percent from the 3-point line. SBG Global reports that early NBA betting has the public taking Cavaliers on the Road.

The Cavaliers are off to the best start in their history and have been winning by double-digits on a regular basis.  LeBron James has been leading the team in scoring once again this season but he is getting a lot of help, especially from guard Maurice Williams.  The one disadvantage the Cavaliers might have tonight is that they had to play last night against Toronto while the 76ers are well rested.

Here are the NBA betting stats for Wednesday's game. The Cavaliers are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 road games. The Cavaliers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games playing on no rest. The Cavaliers are 23-5 ATS in their last 28 games overall. The Cavaliers are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 Wednesday games. The Cavaliers are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 vs. the Atlantic. The road team is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings between the two teams.

The 76ers are 7-16 ATS in their last 23 vs. the Eastern Conference. The 76ers are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The 76ers are 1-7 ATS in their last 8 Wednesday games. The 76ers are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 home games. The underdog is 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings between the two teams.

SBG Global Current Line: Cavaliers  -  6.5  ,  Total  186.5
