The Olympic Athletes from Russia are coming in as the near EVEN favorite.  The team itself was banned from this year's Olympics but individual players will be represented under the Olympics flag.

Canada was coming in at +350 odds.  Team USA would pay nearly 10/1 odds.

National Hockey League (NHL) players will not be permitted to take part in this year's Olympics.

Time Magazine explains the decision:

The NHL’s decision to pull out of the 2018 Winter Olympics came as a result of a series of disputes between the league and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) over the costs incurred by NHL athletes and who would cover them. The IOC had paid for the travel, insurance, accommodations and other costs for NHL players but refused to continue to do so for 2018.
