Today's free college basketball pick from Gambling911.com is Cleveland State in the first half -5 ½.  These odds can be found at Super Book

Why play Cleveland State?

Their opponent, Youngstown State, in the first half of games vs. good defensive teams allowing under 64 points per game has a record of 2-17 over the last three seasons.  Ouch!

Cleveland State has beaten up on Youngstown State pretty good over the last three games, but again we are only looking at the first half with this play.

The loss to Green Bay in their last game drops the Vikings (13-6 overall) to 4-3 in Horizon League play, good for fourth place, while Green Bay improves to 12-5 overall and in third place with a 5-1 mark.

"We did not defend the basketball the way that we are capable of defending," CSU head coach Gary Waters said. "We let them have all sorts of wide open shots and were able to come back from behind in the first half, but we couldn't do.

"My hat is off to Green Bay because they executed their game plan well and we didn't stop them the way I know that we are capable of doing. They present a problem for any team because they have the ability to put five scorers on the floor at the same time, which is something that no other team in the league can do."
