While Tiger Woods was a 5/2 favorite to win this year’s Farmers Insurance Open, Phil Mickelson at 12/1 odds was getting the most action at the majority of books, especially the European shops.

Across the board, Woods was getting around 7 percent of the futures action (compared to the approximately 40 percent he used to see back in the day).  Mickelson was getting closer to 9 percent of all bets.

Jason Day at 22/1 odds was seeing around 6 percent of the betting action across the board.

It’s interesting to note that Brandt Snedeker at 20/1 odds was getting more than 9 percent of the betting action at some books, especially the US-facing businesses.
