This is an event where the men and women both play so Indian Wells will feature a lot of great tennis over the next couple weeks. Rafael Nadal won this tournament last year while Roger Federer won the title two years ago. The women will begin play on Wednesday while the men will begin first round play on Thursday.

This event is also known as the Indian Wells Masters.  It is the best attended tournament in tennis outside of the grand slam events.
