Here are just a few of the 2009 Super Bowl free picks being offered up by Gambling911.com.  Check back regularly throughout the week for more.

How about that OVER on the first half total?

The Arizona Cardinals have had 11 Overs and 1 Unders for the last three season in the first half when playing against a team with a winning record in the second half of the season, and obviously Pittsburgh matches that criteria.

The Over is 23 ½ at Bookmaker.com.

For the entire game, the total also favors the OVER with the Steelers going Over 12-2 in the last 14 games they played and 5-0 in the last 5 games after allowing less than 250 total yards in their previous game.

The Over for Arizona is 20-6 in the last 26 games following an ATS win.

Past history comes in especially handy when making those 2009 Super Bowl free picks, though we won't find a whole lot of past head-to-head history for Pittsburgh vs. Arizona.   This decade, the Steelers and Cardinals met twice and split the series.

And how about some Super Bowl trivia?

Which Super Bowl had the most points scored?

Answer: The San Francisco 49ers beat the San Diego Chargers 49-26 in Super Bowl XXIX. With a points scored total of 75 this was the highest scoring Super Bowl of all time.
