The 2008 Week 3 College Football rankings are now available from the Associated Press and we can compare these with the latest odds courtesy of Super Book.

1. USC - They will take on Ohio State this coming weekend and there is going to be something to prove here. The betting public was already all over the Trojans early in the week as this was the most bet on team in College Football Week 3. USC by the way are a huge -10 ½ favorite against the number 5 ranked Buckeyes. USC is a 2-1 (+200) favorite to win the BCS Championship at Super Book

2. Oklahoma - Listed with +500 or 5/1 odds.

3. Missouri - This week the competition level jumps back up and the opponent is capable of scoring some points. Next: vs. Nevada Missouri would pay $1200 for every $100 bet if they were to win the BCS Championship on any bets placed right now at Super Book

4. Georgia - The Bulldogs were at +700 or 7/1 odds of winning the BCS.

5. Auburn - AP Ranked #9. They will face LSU in two weeks, and a win against that team will make Auburn a true stand out. They are listed with +4000 odds to win the BCS Championship, a payout potential of $4000 for every $100 bet.

6. Ohio State - They are playing USC this coming weekend and everyone is on USC as the -10 ½ favorite. +800 to win the BCS.

7. LSU - Now +1500 to win the championship.

8. Texas - would pay +2500 to win the BCS

9. Florida - Pays +500 or $500 for every $100 bet

10. East Carolina - Our personal favorite underdog that knocked off two consecutive teams that appeared in Bowl Games after the 2007 regular season. Their 24-3 dismantling of West Virginia said it all. East Carolina falls under the "field" option at Super Book with a payout potential of $4000 for every $100 bet. This one might be worth it to lay some money on at Super Book. Then bet your usual favorites elsewhere.
