The Tar Heels had a chance to crash the party and make the College Football Playoffs but they just couldn’t get past Clemson in the ACC title game. They didn’t get much help from the referees in the game but regardless, the Tar Heels gave up too many points in the 45-37 loss. North Carolina has a potent offense that averages 41 points per game while their defense allowed 23 points per contest. North Carolina went over the total in 7 of their 13 games this season. Motivation is definitely a question mark in this game as the Tar Heels could be crushed after losing to Clemson or they could come out angry after getting cheated by the refs.
Baylor Bears 9-3 SU, 5-6 ATS
The Bears had to go to a third string quarterback before the season was over but they still won nine games and scored a ton of points. Baylor led the country in points per game at 48 but they gave up nearly 28 points per contest. The question for the Baylor offense is whether or not Jarrett Stidham is ready to go at quarterback. He filled in nicely for Seth Russell and is definitely a better option than Chris Johnson. The Bears went over the total in 7 of their 12 games this season.
Bowl History
The Citrus Bowl is located in Orlando, Florida. Millions of people flock to Orlando because Walt Disney World is there, but it has also been a major hub of sporting and non-sporting events since the whole complex was opened in 1936. The Orlando City Soccer Club will also be starting their inaugural season in MLS for the 2015 season playing their home games here at the Citrus Bowl.

The Citrus Bowl also hosted Orlando's Championship in their final USL Pro league season, and a Women’s International Friendly was played here, when the U.S beat Brazil 4 - 1. The Men's World Cup played in the U.S in 1994 and saw Orlando host 5 of the matches, and it has also hosted 6 Olympic soccer matches during the 1996 Games.
