Carolina had been seeing close to 75% of the action all week, making it more logical to move the line above -7 to -7.5 but that is a dangerous number. 

Moving the line down and holding it there throughout the first half of NFL Sunday?

We say New Orleans covers the +6.5 spread here.  Not so sure Carolina will lose though.  This could be a close one.
