Odds: Alabama -7
The Mississippi State Bulldogs are the top ranked team in the country yet the Crimson Tide have convinced the sports experts they're still better than the Dak Prescott led squad. Prescott is completing 61% of his passes this season and already has 2,231 passing yards and 29 total touchdowns. He's a threat both throwing and running the football, which is one of the few reasons I believe the Bulldogs are the correct sports betting pick. Both team's have solid defenses that have been tested this season yet they both rank in the top 20 in terms of points allowed per game. It could be a low scoring contest, but the Bulldogs should either make it close or continue their undefeated run.

Florida State Seminoles @ Miami Hurricanes
Odds: Florida State -2.5
The Florida State Seminoles have played down to their competition in recent weeks, but the Miami Hurricanes are one of the most talented teams in the ACC and should present their interstate rivals with a real challenge on Saturday night. Jameis Winston has proved multiple times this season he's one of the most clutch quarterbacks in the country and is more than capable of leading a game-winning drive. This reason, along with the stout Florida State defense, is why I predict the Seminoles to easily cover the spread and contend for the #1 spot in the college football playoff poll.

Ohio State Buckeyes @ Minnesota Golden Gophers
Odds: Ohio State -12
The Ohio State Buckeyes are heavy favorites in this match-up even though the Minnesota Golden Gophers are 7-2 and coming off a 51-14 victory over the Iowa Hawkeyes. The Gophers however have yet to even play a Top 25 squad this season as they took on the TCU Horned Frogs early in the year before they broke into the Top 10. The Buckeyes have a strong defense that struggled against an impressive Michigan State offense, but the Gophers have struggled to throw the ball consistently this season and will have a tough time containing quarterback J.T. Barrett.

Auburn Tigers @ Georgia Bulldogs
Odds: Georgia -2.5
The Auburn Tigers and Georgia Bulldogs both have a 7-2 record to date, but the Bulldogs are the slight sports betting favorite as they're the home team and getting star running back Todd Gurley back from suspension. The Bulldogs have been just fine since Gurley was suspended by the NCAA, but the junior back is averaging 8.2 yards per carry and is clearly the most talented runner in the country. Auburn on the other hand was upset by the Texas A&M Aggies last Saturday because of an inconsistent effort from their defense which resulted in 41 points for the Aggies. Although an Auburn win wouldn't surprise me the slightest, the Bulldogs have the slight edge going into this match-up and are my sports betting pick.
