Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Chicago Cubs UNDER 7.5 - Pirates RH Gerrit Cole (9-7, 3.23 ERA) vs. Cubs LH Chris Rusin (2-5, 3.52)

While Rusin hasn’t pitched especially well of late and is winless in 7 games, he is 1-1 with a 2.65 ERA in three starts against Pittsburgh.  But more importantly perhaps, the Cubs have scored two or fewer runs in five of the last seven games Rusin has started.

The Cubs have hit .175 and scored 38 runs in 17 games against the Pirates this season.

7 of the last 10 in this series have gone UNDER the current total.

St. Louis Cardinals -125 - Nationals LH Gio Gonzalez (11-7, 3.39 ERA) vs. Cardinals RH Michael Wacha (3-1, 3.21)

Wacha got clobbered in his last start but has otherwise pitched quite well.

He has 56 strikeouts in 56 innings and is 1-1 with a 2.65 ERA in nine games - five starts - at home.

St. Louis is 4-0 against Washington this season.

The Cardinals 1B Matt Adams is batting .329 with a team-high seven home runs and 14 RBIs.

Detroit Tigers vs. Minnesota Twins UNDER 8.5 -  Tigers RH Doug Fister (13-9, 3.71 ERA) vs. Twins LH Scott Diamond (6-11, 5.54)

This one has gone UNDER the current total 7 times in the last 10 meetings between these two teams.

The UNDER is 12-4-2 in the last 18 meetings and 6-2 in the last 8 meetings in Minnesota.

Fister went 7 2/3 innings at Minnesota on June 16, allowing two runs on as many hits to pick up the win.

Diamond is 2-3 when starting against DETROIT with an ERA of 3.53 and a WHIP of 1.255.
