St. Louis +129 - Cardinals RH Lance Lynn (13-9, 4.29 ERA) vs. Reds LH Tony Cingrani (6-3, 2.76)

Lynn is desperate for a win here after going 0-4 in his last four outings.  He has pitched well against Cincinnati in the past  He is 3-0 when starting against the Reds with an ERA of 3.72 and a WHIP of 1.172.  His team's record is 5-0 in these starts.

The Cardinals are 12-4 in Lynn's last 16 starts vs. a team with a winning record.

Cingrani did pitch well in his last outing against Cincinnati.
