Low total, yes, but look who’s pitching for both teams.  Here you have two aces more than capable of going 9 innings if need be.

Latos had a rare poor start his last outing and is looking to rebound versus a team he is 5-1 against in his career.

Liriano is 0-3 when starting against Cincinnati with an ERA of 4.41 and a WHIP of 1.286.  As you can see, despite the poor record, Liriano has pitched well versus the Reds over his career.  He’s also 8-1 at home at home.
