The Kansas City Chiefs are set to take on the Dallas Cowboys in a week 2 matchup that has a lot of people talking, specifically about Andy Reid. With the opening win they had last week, the Chiefs are definitely looking like a new team, with a new coach, and possibly a new lease on life. However, they aren’t going to have it easy against a Dallas Cowboys team that is looking to remain America’s Team.
At first glance, you’ll find that Alex Smith can post some serious numbers, but that’s not to say that the Cowboys can’t answer back. Both sides of the field can easily explode, especially if mistakes are made on the field. Tony Romo has struggled in the past, but this season may be the one that he changes it all, especially with some nice passing in the last Cowboys game. The veteran quarterback took some serious hits in the last game, but still managed to hold on with no major injuries. The Dallas run game has to manifest against the Chiefs as they are definitely going to be looking for the aerial assault that was showcased in their last game.

Dallas on the other hand is predictable with the way they set up their receivers, so even though they may be the underdog here, they have other offensive weapons that make them dangerous overall. Let’s not discount the team just yet, even if they are down a few men. Kansas may look to have an edge, but it’s only slight, and that’s why we’re going with Cowboys on this one in a battle for leverage, under 46 points overall.
