Daily Fantasy Sports MLB Strategies – Betting Picks – Diamondbacks: June 1-7

Gambling911.com has your Daily Fantasy Sports MLB strategies and betting picks for the Arizona Diamondbacks for the period June 1-3.

What we like about the Diamondbacks these next few days: They have seven games at home, where they've scored 5.04 runs per game this season.  They will face the Braves and Mets over this time span.  Check out that OVER each of these days with a special focus on the OVER Friday.  Five of the last six games played at home against these two ball clubs have resulted in total scores of 7 or better.

The strategy we will employ here that should get us a few runs will be to look for cold pitching matchups versus Arizona.   While we don’t see any of this period that truly stand out, there are no days where an opposing starting pitcher has dominated against the current Diamondbacks roster either.

First Baseman Paul Goldschmidt is among the hottest hitters in the league right now.  He’ll cost you at $5100.   Let’s see which days he might be worth a play.

Monday vs. Alex Wood – Goldschmidt is 2-for-2 and definitely worth having on your roster.

Tuesday vs. Shelby Miller – You’ll probably want to pass as he has gone 0-2 against Miller.

Wednesday vs. Mike Foltynewicz – Pass as there are no historic stats here and it is simply too much of a gamble at $5100.

Thursday vs. Matt Harvey will be a definite pass as Goldschmidt is 0-for-3 against him.

Friday vs. Jonathon Niese – You will probably want to pull the trigger simply because Niese has struggled of late.  Still, Goldschmidt is only a last option having gone 1-for-5 against him.

Saturday vs. Bartolo Colon – No historic stats available

Sunday vs. Jacob DeGrum – No historic stats available

More Daily Fantasy MLB Plays for Arizona:

Thursday – Aaron Hill has gone 4-for-7 against Matt Harvey.

Friday – A.J. Pollack had hit in 8 of 10 games including one where he hit 4 of 6 prior to Sunday.  He’s 2-for-3 against Niese.  Mark Trumbo has been hot of late.
