September 23, 2016 – You can bet the Nats-Pirates series this weekend with Friday’s total coming in at 8.  Seven of the last ten games Jameson Taillon (4-4) has started for Pittsburgh have gone UNDER the current total of 8. He has permitted three earned runs or fewer in 11 of his last 12 starts.  Then there is Gio Gonzalez, coming off a bad loss, having allowed a mere 15 hits off of 73 at bats versus the current Pittsburgh roster.  The UNDER is 9-3 in the Nationals last 12 road games vs. a right-handed starter and 11-3 in Nationals last 14 road games.  Six of the last ten games in this series have resulted in eight or fewer runs.  Go with the UNDER 8 for Friday’s game. – Dan Shapiro, Gambling911.com
