The Betting Sports America panelists discuss the different directions states are taking.

Florida-based attorney Dan Wallach asks why states haven't acted to block offshore sportsbooks via the IPs.  Andrew Winchell (Government Affairs at FanDuel)  James Kilsby (VP America at Gambling Compliance),  Neale Deeley (SportsRadar VP of Sales) were mostly in agreement that the states will have a tough time tackling such a monumental task without federal oversight.

Wallach raised eyebrows by questioning why IPs block child porn sites but not "illegal" online gambling websites.
