South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham has said there is a 91 percent chance he will run for U.S. President in 2016 on the Republican ticket.

“I’ve got a good message,” Graham said on Fox News Sunday morning.  “I think I’ve done more right than wrong on foreign policy. I’ve criticized the president for being weak and indecisive. I’ve been a problem solver in Washington and I think I’ve got something to offer the party and decision. If I can raise the money, I’ll do it.

Graham is the co-author of legislation that would ban most forms of online gambling – Restore America’s Wire Act or RAWA for short.  That bill is the brainchild of GOP megadonor and casino magnate Sheldon Adelson.

His odds of actually winning the U.S. Presidential race were coming in at 200-1 at Sportsbook.ag as he is not viewed as a viable candidate.
