Hillary Clinton Shortest Odds Yet: Boyle Sports Has Democratic Nominee at 1-4

With national and battleground state polls showing US Presidential Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton with nearly a double digit lead, bookmakers across the globe have slashed her odds to 1-4.

Among the books drifting to 1-4 or -400, BoyleSports out of Ireland, while UK-based Skybet and Bet365 had shifted the odds to -375.  It was just last week, Clinton was hovering around -275.

Republican nominee GOP Donald Trump odds have drifted as long as 4-1 with his shortest odds now at +225.

Clinton has jumped out to a nine-point lead over Trump, according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal national poll shows.  Those results are nearly double the five-point advantage she held over him prior to the political conventions.
