As first reported on Gambling911.com, UB.com has been paying out April rakeback to customers following indictments against the company on April 15 that forced the online poker room out of the US market.

A good sign?  Perhaps.

The rakeback is being paid out to both US and nonUS customers.  The company continues to pay its customers outside the US at a $250 per week withdrawal limit.

Customers sporadically began reporting the rakebacks showing up over the past two days.

UB.com informed Gambling911.com directly that rakebacks were in the process of being paid out.

The company still has not paid US players since the April 15th date but insists it is working with federal authorities on how to accomplish this task.

US feds froze UB.com / Absolute Poker accounts as part of a multi-year investigation related to bank fraud and money laundering.
