Poker Vadim Trincher Sues Trump Tower Over ‘Rampant Mold’

A professional poker player, Vadim Trincher, is suing Trump Tower for a “rampant mold” problem in his 63rd-floor condo he claims ruined some custom-made furniture and made his wife sick.

Trincher and his wife blame the damages on renovations carried out in the duplex above, which was once owned by Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, according to the Daily Mail

From The Daily Mail:

The Trinchers, who bought the three-bedroom apartment in 2009 for $5 million, first learned of the damage last October when their maid found three inches of water and mold in a guest room closet.

Experts later revealed that the mold had been growing for weeks.

The Trump Tower Condominium Association and contractor Hunter Roberts Construction have both been named as defendants in the suit, which asks for $6 million in damages.

Trincher to date has cashed out of 23 sanctioned live poker tournaments to the tune of nearly $1.3 million.

His biggest win was in 2009 with a first place finish at the Foxwoods Poker Classic/WPT Event Season 7, Event #11 No Limit Hold’em Championship.
