Phil Hellmuth Full Tilt Poker

World Series of Poker bracelet record holder Phil Hellmuth announced on his Twitter page Saturday that he had met with officials of Full Tilt Poker, the world’s 2nd largest online poker room.  Hellmuth confirmed at the start of the year that he would no longer be representing UB.com, the 3rd largest North American-facing online poker room.  He had served as their spokesperson for nearly a decade.

Hellmuth wrote on his Twitter page:

NOW meeting w Full Tilt Poker!! At "SW Steakhouse" bar at Wynn...Made my biggest bet of last 2 years on LSU (-2)!!!!!!!!

Sources who revealed to Gambling911.com back in early November that Hellmuth would indeed be departing UB.com claim that PokerStars, the world’s largest online poker room, was set to offer Hellmuth a substantial deal.

Hellmuth has insisted he is meeting with a number of potential suitors and that money was not a top priority.

UB.com made waves this week with the signing of popular online poker player Prahlad Friedman.
