Patrik Antonius Wants to be the Next Dan Bilzerian

Thanks to HighStakesDB.com for alerting us that Finnish poker pro Patrik Antonius has just created his own Instagram account (warning: Antonius' new Instagram page features g-rated family photographs and could be deemed too boring for Gambling911.com readers smiley)

It’s bound to take some time before he can build the type of following on Instagram as fellow pro and self-proclaimed “King of Instagram” Dan Bilzerian.

Sorry, there are no pet goats or scantily clad females holding machine guns as you will find on Bilzerian’s page, though there is a pic of Antonius standing in front of a python.

So far, just six posts but 1,153 followers.  Not too shabby.

In recent years, poker pros have carved out niches for themselves in the world of social media.

Doyle Brunson, for example, was among the first poker pros to master Twitter and is among the most followed tweeters in the poker community.

Poker pro Jason Somerville amassed the largest following among his peers on the social media streaming site Twitch.
